從八九十年代開始，福州人就對茶點情有獨鐘。大家都知道“食在廣州”，卻不知道“味在西關”。
Since the 1980s and 1990s, Fuzhou people have a soft spot for tea. We all know that "food is in Guangzhou", but we don't know that "taste is in Xiguan".

 

“璞月”高端餐飲項目以素雅的白色墻體為主體，輔以深沉的藏藍和墨綠點綴，勾勒出一處極富意境的空間。桌椅的白色設計在月光映照下，如同宴會的雅致盛場，而位于二樓的寬大落地窗，將夜幕中的月輝優雅地引入室內，為用餐創造了奇妙氛圍。
"Pu Yue" high-end dining project with simple and elegant white walls as the main body, supplemented by deep navy blue and dark green embellishment, outline a rich artistic conception of the space. Under the moonlight, the white design of the tables and chairs looks like the elegance of a banquet, while the large floor-to-ceiling Windows on the second floor bring the moonlight gracefully into the room at night, creating a wonderful atmosphere for dining.

ABOUT THE DESIGN

設計，當下似乎被靈感源綁架，設計靈感必須引經據典、美學哲學、東方再造、時空宇宙……辭藻華麗到超越空間價值。
At present, design seems to be kidnapped by the source of inspiration. The design inspiration must be based on classics, aesthetic philosophy, Oriental reconstruction, space-time universe... The rhetoric is gorgeous to exceed the value of space.

 

 

設計師團隊從品牌定位，文化，品類，市場等進行梳理，“傳統+未來”“本土+個性”作為品牌的核心定位，空間以中國茶山為引，提煉品牌對比色，既有夏日元氣滿滿的氛圍感，又能在冬日給人一抹亮色。
The designer team combs the brand positioning, culture, category, market, etc. "tradition + future" and "local + personality" are the core positioning of the brand. The space is led by Chinese tea mountain, refining the contrast color of the brand, which not only has a sense of vitality in summer, but also gives a bright color in winter.

 

得閑，嘆早茶去。
At leisure, I'll go for morning tea.
粵語里， “嘆”是享受的意思，嘆早茶，茶其實是配角，好生享受一個早晨，才是早茶的真義。叫上一盅濃郁的紅茶，上百種精精巧巧的點心任君挑選。或讀上幾張報紙，或聽一場粵劇，或與三五老友談天說笑，又或尋一窗，看看風景，發發呆。清晨就這么慢下來，一天開始于這閑適。而當一天的忙碌結束時，路上偶遇友人，亦會來一句， “得閑飲茶！
Cantonese, "sighing" means enjoying. Sighing morning tea is actually a supporting role. It is the real meaning of morning tea to enjoy a good morning. Order a cup of strong black tea and hundreds of exquisite snacks to choose from. Or read a few newspapers, or listen to a Cantonese opera, or talk and laugh with three or five old friends, or find a window to see the scenery and be dazed. The morning is so slow, and the day begins at this leisure. At the end of a busy day, when you meet a friend on the road, you will say, "have time to drink tea!"

璞月悠然 - 靜謐月夜，墨綠隨風輕舞：在白墻璞月的背景下，藏藍和墨綠在點綴中如同細膩的墨跡，空靈而深沉。室內的自然元素與靜美月光在窗外的交匯，形成一曲悠揚的靜謐之歌，使用餐者仿佛穿越時光，沉浸在月夜的恬靜之中。
Pu Yue leisurely - quiet moon night, dark green dance with the wind: in the background of white wall Pu Yue, dark blue and dark green in the embellishment like delicate ink, ethereal and deep. The confluence of the natural elements inside the room and the beautiful moonlight outside the window forms a melodious song of quiet, making the diners feel as if they have passed through time and immersed in the quiet of a moonlit night.

 

  

平日里去茶餐廳，歌聲總帶我們回到八九十年代的港樂時代，譚詠麟、張國榮、“四大天王”。有趣的是，早茶茶點亦有“四大天王”——蝦餃、干蒸燒賣、叉燒包、蛋撻。
When we go to a tea restaurant on weekdays, the songs always bring us back to the Hong Kong Music Era in the 1980s and 1990s. Alan Tam, Leslie Cheung and the "Four Heavenly Kings". Interestingly, there are also "Four Heavenly Kings" in the morning tea and refreshments - shrimp dumplings, steamed Shaomai, barbecued pork bun and egg tarts.
